Application Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Level 2 Application Support Specialist to serve as the escalation point for our customer-facing support teams. If you thrive on troubleshooting complex technical issues, automating support processes, and digging into root causes - not just band-aiding symptoms - you’ll feel right at home.

You’ll be supporting internal teams and external users, working closely with engineering, QA, and customer success to keep our systems stable, efficient, and responsive.

 

What you’ll do

  • Own Level 2 technical issues—solve them quickly and thoroughly to minimize downtime and disruption.

  • Work cross-functionally with the Development team for escalations that require deeper investigation.

  • Write or support scripting solutions (PowerShell, Python, SQL) to automate repetitive tasks and improve system performance.

  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation—tickets, resolutions, FAQs, and knowledge base updates.

  • Provide occasional hands-on desktop support (installation, configuration, compliance checks).

  • Keep up with new technologies, tools, and trends—bring fresh thinking to how we do support.

  • Mentor and guide Level 1 support team members when needed.

 

Additional Information

🌟 Work setup: FULL ONSITE, Monday to Friday
⏰ Schedule: 12MN to 9AM 
📍 Location: One World Place, 32nd Street, BGC, Taguig City
💼 Employment Type: Full-time + Permanent
