The Role 

We’re looking for a creative, dynamic, and camera-confident Social Media Content Creator to elevate our brand online. You’ll be both the storyteller behind the camera and the on-camera face, producing high-quality content that engages our premium audience and drives growth across platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys bringing concepts to life visually. 

 

What You’ll Do 

• On-Camera Presence: Host, present, and represent the brand for videos, interviews, testimonials, and campaigns. 

• Visual Storytelling: Create engaging concepts that reflect our premium brand aesthetic. 

• Content Production: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts from start to finish. 

• Full Production Ownership: Handle filming, lighting, framing, sound, editing, and post-production enhancements. 

• Growth Focus: Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand loyalty. 

• Trendspotting: Research and adopt new content styles, platform trends, and storytelling techniques. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns. 

• Work Schedule: This is a full-time, on-site role with standard working hours, with occasional flexibility to meet production deadlines. 

 

Who You Are 

• On-Camera Confidence: Professional, authentic, and engaging presence. 

• Acting/Performance Background: Prior hosting, acting, or performance experience is a plus. 

• Experience: 1+ year in content creation, videography, or similar; experience with premium/luxury brands preferred. 

• Proven Growth Skills: Demonstrated success growing and engaging social media audiences. 

• Portfolio: Must provide links to a portfolio or social media pages you’ve managed/grown. 

• Technical Skills: Proficient in video production and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar). 

• Creative Eye: Strong sense of visual aesthetics, composition, and lighting. 

• Mindset: Resourceful, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
