OPS Engineer: Delivery & AI Automation

On-site | BGC, Taguig – Manila Office

About EviSmart™

EviSmart™ are reimagining the future of dentistry through AI-powered workflow automation and CAD design outsourcing. Trusted in over 26 countries, our mission is to make dental care smarter, faster, and better — and we’re achieving it through powerful technology that connects dentists, labs, and manufacturers worldwide.

Become the Architect of Zero-Touch Deployment!

Are you tired of babysitting manual deployments and fighting production fires at 2 AM? We are looking for a seasoned operations automation expert ready to build the unstoppable engine that powers our entire product delivery. Your mission isn't just to deploy code — it's to create the automated factory that safely moves both cutting-edge software and AI models from development to production with zero manual intervention. If you live for infrastructure-as-code, pipeline automation, and being the guardian of production stability, this is your chance to build systems that define organizational excellence!

What You’ll Do

  • You will be the engine that enables 99% reliability across the entire organization. You are directly accountable for the speed, stability, and safety of the production environment — every manual deployment step eliminated and every AI model successfully running in production is your victory!
  • Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Mastery: You are the automation architect! Write, maintain, and optimize code that manages our entire cloud infrastructure, ensuring perfect consistency, scalability, and reproducibility. You'll own the infrastructure state and proactively eliminate configuration drift.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Excellence: Build bulletproof automated software delivery pipelines that validate code quality, execute comprehensive tests, and deploy releases instantly with zero human touch. You'll maximize deployment frequency while maintaining rock-solid stability.
  • MLOps Automation Champion: Create the continuous intelligence pipelines that automatically train, validate, and deploy new versions of AI models as fresh data arrives. You'll ensure our AI systems improve themselves seamlessly without human intervention.
  • Recovery & Resilience Focus: You don't just prevent failures — you architect systems that recover instantly when they happen. You'll minimize Mean Time To Recovery (MTTR) and ensure production issues are detected and resolved before users even notice.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience with a proven track record of building and maintaining high-availability automated deployment systems in complex production environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform/Bicep), Docker/Kubernetes, Azure cloud services, and CI/CD pipeline design.
  • Additional Skills: Strong knowledge of scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash), monitoring and observability tools, MLOps frameworks (MLflow/Kubeflow), and database deployment automation.
  • Outcome-Focused Mindset: Deep commitment to eliminating manual work and maximizing automation coverage, not just maintaining the status quo. You measure success by deployment frequency and recovery speed, not busy work.
  • Reliability Guardian: Passionate about being the last line of defense for production stability, with the courage to halt deployments when quality gates aren't met and the wisdom to know when speed must yield to safety.
  • Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze deployment patterns, identify bottlenecks in the delivery process, and design targeted automation strategies that prevent production incidents.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working across multiple squads and domains, supporting both traditional software deployments and cutting-edge AI model delivery pipelines.

What Success Looks Like

  • Release Integrity: Achieving and maintaining a 99% deployment success rate — your automated pipelines consistently deliver code to production without failures or rollbacks.
  • Intelligence Pipeline Success: Maintaining 99% AI model stability in production — your MLOps automation ensures trained models perform flawlessly when deployed to live systems.
  • Automation Coverage: Eliminating manual deployment steps and maximizing the percentage of releases that flow through fully automated pipelines without human intervention.
  • Recovery Excellence: Minimizing Mean Time To Recovery (MTTR) when incidents occur, ensuring the system self-heals or enables rapid response.

Required Qualifications: The Technical Firepower

  • Experience: You need 5+ years of progressive DevOps/SRE experience with a proven, awesome track record of building and maintaining automated deployment systems for complex, highly available production environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert level mastery in our core stack: Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud Services (App Services, AKS, Functions), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Bicep), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation tools.
  • Mindset: A deep, genuine commitment to the automation-first mindset, always prioritizing long-term system reliability over quick manual fixes. You are driven by measurable outcomes like deployment frequency and MTTR, not just activity!
  • Accountability: Demonstrated ability to own production infrastructure end-to-end, from pipeline design to incident response, root cause analysis, and preventative automation implementation.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills — you can articulate complex infrastructure trade-offs so even non-technical partners (like PMs and Business Partners) completely understand!

Ready to Build the Future?

If you are a senior operations engineer who thrives on eliminating manual work, delivering bulletproof automation, and enabling the entire organization to move at maximum velocity with zero compromises on stability, then we absolutely want you on our team! If your pipelines define speed, safety, and success, let's talk about building the automated future together!

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
