What You’ll Do 

Customer Journey Leadership 

  • Own the full post-sale lifecycle: onboarding → adoption → retention → expansion. 
  • Drive measurable improvements in NRR (Net Revenue Retention), churn reduction, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Create and execute customer success playbooks tailored for both PLG (Product-Led Growth) and enterprise accounts. 
  • Build scalable onboarding processes that shorten Time-to-Value (TTV) and accelerate adoption. 
  • Lead QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and renewal discussions with enterprise clients and DSOs (Dental Service Organizations). 

Strategic Partnerships & Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to build strong feedback loops that influence the roadmap. 
  • Collaborate with Operations and Support teams to streamline escalations and resolution processes. 
  • Align with Sales on upsell and expansion strategies to drive account growth. 
  • Champion the customer voice across the organization to ensure every decision adds value. 

Team Leadership & Enablement 

  • Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing Customer Success team. 
  • Define clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures to monitor customer health and success metrics. 
  • Implement systems and tools to scale processes effectively across global teams. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Proven experience owning churn and NRR metrics with demonstrable impact. 
  • Expertise in building and scaling CS frameworks for both SMB and enterprise customers. 
  • Strong background in onboarding optimization and time-to-value reduction. 
  • Executive-level communication skills for managing renewals, QBRs, and strategic relationships. 
  • Experience working with DSOs, dental labs, or healthcare technology is a strong advantage. 
  • Strategic, data-driven thinker with a passion for building scalable success operations. 
  • Empathetic, customer-first mindset combined with commercial acumen and growth focus.
