We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator to develop captivating content that elevates our brand, engages our high-end audience, and drives growth across our social platforms. You will be both the creative force behind the camera and an engaging presence in front of it.

Role Overview: As our Social Media Content Creator, you will be the driving force behind our visual storytelling on social media. You will also serve as an engaging on-camera host and brand representative for various content pieces, explaining concepts, conducting quick interviews, and connecting directly with our audience.  Your work will translate our brand's sophistication and innovation into compelling content that resonates with our discerning clientele.

What You’ll Do:

  • On-Camera Presence: Serve as an engaging on-camera host and brand representative for various content pieces, explaining concepts, conducting quick interviews, and connecting directly with our audience.
  • Storytelling: Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually stunning content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and audience expectations.
  • Content Creation & Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging video content (testimonials, treatments, behind-the-scenes, brand campaigns) from concept to final cut.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire production process, including lighting, framing, sequencing, and post-production (editing, color grading, sound design).
  • Content Enhancement: Elevate storytelling by incorporating dynamic editing, music, graphics, text overlays, and visual effects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure all content is on-brand and supports broader campaign goals.
  • Trendspotting: Proactively research and leverage the latest social media trends, editing styles, and platform innovations to keep our content fresh and ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For:

  • On-Camera Confidence: A confident, professional, and engaging on-camera presence. You are comfortable being the face of content pieces and directing clients for testimonials.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience as a content creator, videographer, or similar role, preferably with premium brands or high-end clients.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing 3+ end-to-end projects (from planning to published final cut) with a focus on short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube Shorts.
  • Skills: Proficiency in video shooting and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut). A keen eye for composition, lighting, and visual aesthetics.
  • Mindset: Resourceful, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. You are resilient and adaptable to changing priorities.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Primary KPI: Follower + Organic Engagement Growth
  • Grow social media following and organic engagement.  likes, comments, shares/reposts, saves, replies, and clicks.
  • 15% ER per platform (and on the blended total) for 2 of 3 consecutive months.
  • Formula: Monthly ER = Total Organic Engagements ÷ Average Followers for the month
  • Execution (daily baseline): Create & publish diverse, on-brand content daily across active platforms. Maintain a healthy mix (short-form video, carousels, stories, community posts), iterating based on what drives saves/shares.
  • Success Measures: We'll track monthly growth milestones, engagement rates, and content reach to ensure we are on the right path to hit the overall goal.

Why Join Us:

  • Premium Audience: Create content for a sophisticated audience that truly values quality and innovation.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
