What You’ll Do

As the Marketing Data & Strategy Manager, you’ll play a critical role in how our Go-To-Market (GTM) team uses data to drive strategy and performance. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who lives at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and business insight. You'll audit data flows, validate reporting, and hold the team accountable to measurable outcomes that impact pipeline, revenue, and growth.

Data Infrastructure & Audit

  • Own and audit GTM data pipelines across CRM, marketing automation, attribution, and analytics platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in tracking, tagging, or attribution models.
  • Define and enforce standards for data capture, validation, and reporting across systems.

Advanced Analytics & Modeling

  • Develop predictive models and cohort analyses to forecast funnel performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Build dashboards, performance frameworks, and scoring systems using SQL, BI tools, and Python/R.
  • Run scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and simulations to evaluate spend allocation and campaign impact.
  • Validate data accuracy, optimize models, and maintain reproducible analytics workflows.

Strategic Insights & Recommendations

  • Deliver independent, data-backed performance reports to GTM leadership.
  • Highlight risks, growth opportunities, and trade-offs that impact pipeline, revenue, and marketing efficiency.
  • Translate complex findings into executive-level insights that inform GTM strategy and investment.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product to align on shared metrics and ensure data-driven accountability.

Governance & Standards

  • Establish scalable frameworks for funnel metrics, lead attribution, and multi-touch ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards (GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA if applicable).
  • Enforce data-driven discipline across the GTM organization to maintain accuracy, consistency, and transparency.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, data strategy, or marketing operations in GTM or high-growth environments.
  • Proven expertise in data modeling, pipeline auditing, and marketing performance analysis (spend efficiency, funnel health, attribution, ROI).
  • Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM/automation platforms(Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and one scripting language (Python or R preferred).
  • Ability to design scalable frameworks for GTM performance tracking and enforce data standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can influence leadership through clarity and insight.

Nice to Have

  • Background in audit, compliance, or data governance functions.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or healthcare/dental industries.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning, or revenue forecasting.
  • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
