About the Role 

We are seeking a HubSpot Email Marketing & Automation Specialist to own and optimize email campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and revenue. You will design lifecycle workflows, apply AI-driven insights, and partner with GTM teams to scale our SaaS growth engine. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Campaign Ownership: Manage end-to-end execution of email campaigns in HubSpot — product launches, nurture, reactivation, and upsell 
  • Lifecycle Automation: Design, implement, and optimize onboarding, expansion, winback, and churn-prevention workflows 
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Build advanced behavioral triggers, AI-driven personalization, and data-driven segmentation 
  • AI-Powered Optimization: Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Clearbit, Mutiny, and Seventh Sense to improve copy, send times, and engagement 
  • Analysis & Iteration: Monitor CTOR, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact to continuously improve campaign performance 
  • Compliance & Hygiene: Maintain list hygiene, deliverability, and email compliance standards 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Product Marketing to align lifecycle campaigns with GTM strategy 
  • Adaptable work schedule with core hours from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, depending on team alignment)  

 

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS email marketing experience 
  • Mastery of HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaigns, workflows, scoring, reporting) 
  • Experience using AI tools for campaign optimization and personalization 
  • Data-driven mindset — measure success by open rates, conversion, and pipeline dollars 
  • Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Looker, HTML email formatting, or enrichment tools 
  • Degree in Data Science, Marketing Technology, or Communications; HubSpot/lifecycle certifications preferred
