Trusted in 26+ countries, our mission is to make dental care smarter, faster, and better — and we’re doing it through powerful software that connects dentists, labs, and manufacturers like never before.
We’re building next-generation AI and data platforms that power digital dentistry across the globe. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for analytical thinkers who can turn complex data into meaningful insights — driving smarter decisions, faster growth, and a more connected future for dental professionals worldwide.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data science, business strategy, and technology. You’re not just a number cruncher — you’re a storyteller, a problem solver, and a strategic thinker who transforms data into clear insights that shape the direction of our products and operations.
In this role, you’ll design and execute analyses, build predictive models, and deliver dashboards that inform key business decisions. Working closely with technical and business teams, you’ll bring structure to complexity and clarity to data — helping us move faster, smarter, and more confidently as we scale globally.
What You’ll Do
Data Analysis & Insights
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA), data cleaning, and feature engineering using Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R.
- Design and build machine learning models and predictive pipelines to identify trends and opportunities.
- Perform statistical analysis — including hypothesis testing, correlation, and regression — to drive actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain efficient ETL/ELT pipelines that ensure clean, reliable data across systems.
Visualization & Communication
- Build interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI for business and leadership teams.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling stories that influence strategic decisions.
- Partner with business, AI, and engineering teams to turn insights into action.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work cross-functionally to define analytics goals that align with product and business priorities.
- Present insights to executives and stakeholders in a clear and engaging way.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
Technical Skills
- Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, subqueries).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and workflow automation.
- Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts.
- Expertise in Tableau or Power BI for visualization and storytelling.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Soft Skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to translate data into business impact.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving clarity through data.
