About the Role 

We are seeking a highly motivated RPA Developer to design and implement automation solutions that eliminate manual processes and drive efficiency across the organization. As part of the Nimbyx Technology Group, you’ll take ownership of the full automation lifecycle — from process mapping and development to deployment and continuous optimization. 

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on solving complex problems, enjoy building scalable automation frameworks, and want to see their work make a tangible impact on daily operations. 

 

What You’ll Do 

Development & Technical Execution 

  • Design, model, and develop robust robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. 
  • Conduct thorough testing of RPA jobs and manage successful deployment and maintenance in production environments. 
  • Optimize and enhance existing automations, proposing best practices for future development. 
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using automation technologies. 
  • Maintain up-to-date technical expertise in RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Selenium, or Robot Framework). 

Strategy, Support & Collaboration 

  • Analyze and document process workflows, data dependencies, and system integrations. 
  • Provide technical support to business teams, ensuring the smooth operation of automation solutions. 
  • Proactively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation outcomes within set timelines. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Selenium, or Robot Framework. 
  • Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or similar languages. 
  • Understanding of APIs, process mapping, and data flow analysis. 
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to manage multiple automation initiatives in parallel while maintaining attention to detail.
