WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- The visual identity of ALINA — from aesthetic system to content formats, you define how this brand looks and feels across every digital touchpoint, for a premium dental lifestyle brand competing in the AB market
- End-to-end production — concept, shoot, post. Storyboard to final export is yours. Product beauty shots, patient transformation stories, cinematic brand films — you run the full cycle
- Creative direction of the content calendar — not just execution. You decide what gets made, why it gets made, and what emotional truth it needs to land
- Motion and post-production quality — color grading, motion graphics, and typography that hold up against luxury lifestyle brand benchmarks, not just dental clinic averages
- Brand creative standards — you set the bar and hold it. When output doesn't meet it, you say so and fix it
- You are the first to see when the visual direction is drifting or when a campaign is at risk. You flag it and correct course before it ships.

The Senior Multimedia Producer here isn't producing content about teeth. They're producing content about ransformation, beauty, and confidence — with dental technology as the proof point.
If that brief excites you, this is the role.WHAT WE NEED
- 4+ years producing premium visual content end to end — concept through final export — for brands targeting the AB segment; lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or health-tech experience is a strong fit
- A portfolio demonstrating command of composition, lighting, and color grading at a luxury standard: beauty shots, transformation narratives, cinematic brand work — not just reels
- Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or DaVinci Resolve — daily, not occasional
- The instinct to distinguish which trends serve a premium brand and which ones cheapen it — and the ability to make that call without being asked
- Communication that is clear, fast, and written — you work across stakeholders and your creative decisions need to be articulated, not just executed
- Experience shooting and directing on professional camera setups is a strong advantage
