B2B SaaS Sales Specialist (North America)

Manila, Philippines

EviSmart

Sales Development Representative

"Most SDR roles give you a script and a quota. This one gives you a market that's never been systematically called — and a product that solves a problem every lab you dial already has."

📍 Philippines • On-site • Full-Time

WHAT EVISMART IS BUILDING

EviSmart is the leading dental Autopilot system operating across 28 countries in a $40B healthcare industry — and the Manila team builds and ships it. Not an MVP. Not a pilot. Live, in production, with thousands of dental labs and dentists depending on the platform every day to run their business.

We have multiple in-house AI teams building the next generation of dental design automation — and Manila is where it gets operationalized. We are one of the few genuinely AI-first companies in the Philippines. The models are being built here. The product is scaling here. The opportunity is here.

WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW

The AI layer for the dental industry has not been built yet. The product is proven, but the roadmap is wide open. North America market expansion is underway. The Manila team is being elevated from execution to product, and this is the ground floor of that transition.

The person who joins now as Sales Development Representative doesn't inherit a finished sales motion. Dental labs across North America are under staffing pressure, drowning in manual workflows, and actively looking for answers — but nobody has called most of them with a credible solution yet. You build the pipeline that funds the next stage of EviSmart's North America expansion. That opportunity does not exist at the same scale 12 months from now.

Early joiners grow with the company. That is not a slogan, it is how every senior role here got built.

WHY EVISMART

  • Leading dental Autopilot system in a $40B global healthcare industry — operating across 28 countries, live in production
  • Multiple in-house AI teams building proprietary models — not just consuming APIs. Claude, Cursor, Luvable, and LLM-powered workflows are part of the daily stack
  • Manila is not a back office. It is the delivery engine — operations, AI, product, and engineering all run from here. Your work ships globally
  • We promote based on output, not tenure. The people who move fastest here are the ones who own their work completely
  • 300+ people and growing — the career path is real because the company is growing into it

"I'm looking for someone who picks up the phone because they genuinely want the conversation — not because the activity tracker is watching. What I need is someone who can create curiosity fast, qualify without interrogating, and book meetings that actually convert. If rejection rolls off you and a booked call genuinely excites you, you'll move quickly here. If you need to be motivated by your manager to hit the phone, this won't work."

— Guy, VP of Sales, EviSmart

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

  • The top-of-funnel pipeline for North America — outbound prospecting across dental labs via phone, email, and LinkedIn is your primary output. The AE team's calendar fills because of you.
  • Qualification of every lab you reach — technician count, daily digital scan volume, workflow complexity, and growth goals. You determine fit before a discovery call is booked, not during it.
  • Consultative outreach that creates genuine curiosity — you open with workflow questions, not product pitches. You surface the pain around staffing pressure, production bottlenecks, and manual data entry before you say anything about EviSmart.
  • Your HubSpot pipeline, documented and clean — every call, every touchpoint, every qualification note logged with enough detail that an AE can walk into a discovery call fully prepared. CRM hygiene is not optional here.
  • Weekly booked-meeting targets, hit consistently — activity volume is the input; qualified meetings that convert to revenue is the output. Both are tracked and both matter.
  • You are the first signal when outreach is stalling — if a message sequence is underperforming, a segment isn't converting, or a new objection pattern is emerging, you surface it before it becomes a pipeline problem. You don't wait for a pipeline review to flag it.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

  • A seat at the AI table — work directly alongside in-house AI model teams using Claude, Cursor, Luvable, and LLM-powered workflows. You'll work with these tools daily, not read about them in a newsletter
  • Global reach, Manila-built — EviSmart operates across 28 countries. Your work lands across the dental industry in North America, Europe, and beyond — from your desk in Manila
  • Your pipeline, your numbers, your name on the revenue it generates. Top performers here are recognized, compensated, and promoted — not managed into mediocrity.
  • Career path: SDR → Account Executive → Senior AE / Closing Role → Team Lead. These moves happen based on performance, not time served. We promote from within.
  • Base salary + uncapped commission. Performance bonuses for overachievement. High performers are compensated like high performers. Range disclosed at first screen.
  • HMO coverage, 13th month pay, and all government-mandated benefits

HOW WE WORK

We share work before it's ready. We debate decisions loudly and execute them quietly. We default to fixing problems instead of escalating them. Manila is the delivery engine for a global platform — the standard is high and the pace is real.

A problem that sits for 48 hours is a retention problem. An ambiguous requirement is a build problem. We fix things before they escalate, and we expect everyone here to do the same.

If you've spent time waiting for permission to solve something obvious — you'll notice the difference on your first week.

"Why EviSmart and not a bigger company? Because at a bigger company, your work goes into a queue. Your output is handled by a template. Here, what you build ships to 28 countries. That's the kind of ownership most roles never give you — and we think the best people want it."

— EviSmart Talent Team

A NOTE ON WHAT WE’RE NOT

This is not a script-reading role, and we're not looking for someone who needs one. EviSmart has proven playbooks and a VP of Sales who will work directly with you — but the expectation is that you use judgment on every call, not a flowchart. The labs you'll be calling are run by owners, CEOs, and production managers who have heard every generic pitch. What cuts through is curiosity, relevance, and the ability to connect their specific workflow pain to a real solution. If you've succeeded at outbound by volume alone, this will feel different. If you've succeeded because you genuinely understood what you were selling and who you were talking to — this is built for you.

This is not a cost-center role and Manila is not a support function. Our Manila team leads engineering and operations — the product ships from here. If you've seen 'Philippines office' mean something smaller at other companies, that is not what this is.

On AI: EviSmart's AI is not a marketing claim. We have in-house model research and development teams, and the tools we use daily — Claude, Cursor, Luvable, LLM-powered workflows — are part of the actual stack, not a slide in a deck. The next 12 months will see expanded automation across IOS portal monitoring, case entry, QC workflows, and CAD design services — which means the product story you're selling gets stronger every quarter.

WHAT WE NEED

  • 1–3 years in an outbound sales or SDR role — where you personally owned a booked-meeting target and hit it. BPO, SaaS, or B2B outbound experience is a strong foundation.
  • A track record of high-volume outbound calling that you enjoyed — "smile and dial" is not a phrase that makes you wince. You know what daily call volume looks like and you've maintained it under pressure.
  • Consultative qualifying instincts — you ask about workflow, headcount, and bottlenecks before you pitch. You know the difference between a curious prospect and a qualified one.
  • Resilience that doesn't need to be managed — rejection doesn't rattle you, a slow week doesn't derail you, and a busy manager doesn't mean you slow down. You create your own momentum.
  • Communication that is clear, fast, and written — we are distributed and async writing is a core skill, not a soft one
  • HubSpot or equivalent CRM fluency, and familiarity with SaaS or dental industry sales, are a strong advantage

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
