🎯 Role Overview

As Technical Product Manager, you will lead the definition and execution of a complex, enterprise-grade AI platform initiative.

You will act as the central point of alignment between business stakeholders, AI/ML engineering teams, and delivery teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly translated into robust technical documentation, system designs, and execution-ready plans.

This is a highly technical, senior role, requiring deep experience in AI/ML systems and a strong engineering background prior to product management.

🧩 What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Own the end-to-end product definition for a complex AI-driven platform and its applications.
• Translate business, operational, and AI requirements into clear and detailed technical documentation.
• Produce and maintain high-quality artifacts such as:
• Functional and technical specifications
• End-to-end system and architecture diagrams
• Data flows, model pipelines, and integration flows
• User and system interaction flows
• Work closely with AI/ML engineers to define model behavior, constraints, and technical trade-offs.
• Partner with engineering leadership to align product decisions with architectural and scalability considerations.
• Facilitate technical discussions with senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
• Ensure consistency, traceability, and clarity across requirements, documentation, and delivered functionality.
• Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements, resolving ambiguities, and unblocking execution.
  Continuously refine documentation and system understanding as the platform evolves.
  
  

🧠 What you will bring

The top candidate will have the following skills:

• 8+ years of experience in product management for complex technical or AI-driven systems.
• Prior hands-on experience as a software engineer or machine learning engineer before moving into product.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in AI / ML product management.
• Strong understanding of:
• Machine learning systems and workflows
• Data pipelines and model lifecycle
• MLOps concepts and production AI environments
• Proven ability to create clear, structured technical documentation and diagrams.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – near-native level.

Ideally you have…

• • Experience working on enterprise-scale or mission-critical platforms.
  • Background in B2B, consulting, or complex client-facing environments.
  • Experience working with distributed engineering teams.
