🎯 Role Overview

As Head of Product & Experience Innovation, you will lead EVOCS’s product innovation agenda with a strong focus on UX/UI excellence and experience-led differentiation. You will work closely with the Director of Product (Argentina) and the Engineering counterpart in India. While engineering architecture and technical scalability will be led by the India team, you will own:

• Product vision and portfolio direction
• Experience strategy and UX/UI standards
• Rapid concept prototyping
• Innovation frameworks and productization

This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role requiring 10+ years of product and/or UX leadership experience.

🧩 What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Define and elevate EVOCS’s product and UX/UI standards across initiatives.
• Shape portfolio-level product strategy across AI and platform offerings.
• Position user experience as a core competitive advantage.
• Rapidly prototype new concepts using modern tools (Figma, AI prototyping tools such as Claude, mockups, structured validation).
• Translate abstract ideas into tangible product concepts and validated user experiences.
• Lead early-stage exploration, testing, and concept validation.
• Establish design systems, experience principles, and product playbooks.
• Guide Product Managers and UX teams on vision, quality, and consistency.
• Elevate product documentation into enterprise-grade, visually compelling artifacts.
• Support the transition from project-based services to scalable, reusable platforms.
• Represent EVOCS’s product and innovation vision internally and externally.
  
  

🧠 What you will bring

The top candidate will have the following skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Product, UX/UI, or Innovation leadership roles.
• Strong traditional product background (enterprise / B2B preferred).
• Deep expertise in UX/UI, Service Design, and Experience Strategy.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping and mockup creation.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate concept development and documentation.
• Proven ability to transform services into scalable, platform-based products.
• Experience defining long-term product vision and portfolio strategy.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
