🎯 Role Overview

Evolution Cloud Services (EVOCS) is seeking a strategic, client-facing, and technically credible Vice President of AI Solutions to lead the design of innovative AI and technology solutions that help clients accelerate transformation and business value. This role sits at the intersection of sales, advisory, solution architecture, and delivery. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the VP of AI Solutions will serve as a senior presales leader and trusted advisor to prospects and clients. The role will partner closely with sales to shape opportunities, lead discovery, translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, and architect bespoke AI and related technology solutions. Post-sale, this leader will ensure continuity by transitioning solution intent to delivery teams and maintaining a feedback loop with delivery and DevOps to ensure solutions continue to meet and exceed client expectations.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded solution executive who combines strong AI fluency, enterprise consulting skills, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership.

🧩 What you will do

In this role, you will:

Strategic Presales Leadership

  • Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer and sales leaders to support pipelinedevelopment, deal strategy, and solution positioning for AI and adjacent technology opportunities.
  • Act as the senior solution lead in client pursuits, discovery workshops, executive briefings, and strategic sales conversations.
  • Help qualify opportunities by identifying business drivers, technical feasibility, implementation considerations, risks, and value potential.
  • Craft compelling solution narratives that align EVOCS capabilities with client priorities and measurable business outcomes.
  • Support proposal development, statements of work, solution presentations, effort assumptions, and pricing inputs in partnership with sales, delivery, and finance.

Discovery, Requirements, and Solution Design

  • Lead client discovery sessions to gather business, functional, technical, operational, security, and integration requirements.
  • Translate ambiguous client needs into clear solution architectures, use cases, implementation roadmaps, and delivery considerations.
  • Design bespoke AI, data, automation, analytics, and cloud-enabled solutions that align with client environments and transformation goals.
  • Produce high-quality solution artifacts, including current-state assessments, future-state designs, architecture diagrams, requirements documentation, scope definitions, and transition materials.
  • Ensure solution designs are practical, scalable, secure, supportable, and aligned with EVOCS delivery capabilities.

AI Solution Architecture and Advisory

  • Define AI solution strategies across areas such as generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, decision support, workflow optimization, data products, and enterprise integrations.
  • Advise clients on AI use-case prioritization, value realization, governance, adoption considerations, risk mitigation, and readiness.
  • Evaluate tooling, platforms, and architectural patterns appropriate to each client context.
  • Balance innovation with execution discipline by recommending solutions that are both differentiated and implementable.
  • Stay current on AI, cloud, analytics, integration, and enterprise platform trends to strengthen EVOCS’s market-facing solution capabilities.

Handoff to Delivery and Client Success

  • Transition won solutions to implementation and delivery teams with clear documentation of business objectives, assumptions, scope boundaries, architecture intent, and success criteria.
  • Partner with project, product, engineering, delivery, and DevOps teams to preserve design intent through implementation.
  • Support early-stage delivery alignment, issue escalation, scope clarification, and solution refinement as needed.
  • Establish feedback loops from delivery, support, and client stakeholders to continuously improve EVOCS offerings, methods, and reusable assets.
  • Provide ongoing follow-up with clients and internal teams to confirm solutions are delivering expected value and evolving to meet changing business needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a bridge between revenue, advisory, engineering, product, delivery, and DevOps functions.
  • Help define and mature EVOCS AI solution frameworks, accelerators, reusable architectures, and presales methods.
  • Mentor solution architects, consultants, and presales team members in discovery, client engagement, and value-based solutioning.
  • Contribute thought leadership, market messaging, and internal enablement content to strengthen EVOCS’s AI solutions brand in the market.
  • Support partner and ecosystem conversations where relevant to expand EVOCS solution offerings.

🧠 What you will bring

The top candidate will have the following skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, solution architecture, presales, digital transformation, or related leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI, data, analytics, automation, or cloud solution design in a client-facing environment.
  • Proven success partnering with sales teams on complex services or solution-led deals.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, solution definition, and executive-level presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into scalable functional and technical architectures.
  • Experience supporting transition from presales into delivery, including scope alignment and implementation continuity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to balance client value, delivery feasibility, and business outcomes.

Ideally you have…

  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Experience in consulting, advisory, systems integration, digital products, or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle concepts, LLM-based solution patterns, enterprise integrations, cloud architecture, analytics platforms, and DevOps collaboration models.
  • Experience with solution design for HR, finance, operations, procurement, or enterprise planning domains.
  • Exposure to Workday, enterprise transformation programs, or post-deployment optimization models is a plus, given EVOCS’s broader advisory and technology positioning.
