Director, Product Marketing

We’re scaling rapidly and transforming the insurance industry with AI-driven insights and automation. To continue this momentum, we’re seeking a Director, Product Marketing to lead our Product Marketing function. This individual will manage a team and drive go-to-market excellence, influencing product strategy, and ensuring our story resonates with clients and the market.
In this role you will: Own the vision and execution for how EvolutionIQ’s products are positioned, packaged, and launched to market. You will lead a growing team of Product Marketers, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to bring our solutions to life. You’ll combine strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making with strong leadership skills to ensure EvolutionIQ continues to expand its category leadership in the rapidly evolving Insurtech landscape.
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Product Marketing team.
- Define the product marketing strategy across our portfolio, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and GTM alignment across markets and segments.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Leadership to influence roadmap priorities based on market and customer insights.
- Build scalable systems and processes to track product marketing performance and continually improve GTM efficiency.
Go-to-Market & Positioning
- Own and execute GTM plans for product launches — from positioning and pricing to messaging and enablement.
Define and articulate EvolutionIQ’s value proposition for each audience and use case, driving clear differentiation in a competitive market. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns, events, and content strategies around key GTM priorities.
Manage product packaging, pricing, and competitive positioning across product lines.
Customer & Market Insight
- Lead research to deeply understand customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive trends, and translate these insights into actionable strategies.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally and externally, ensuring alignment between product strategy and real-world market needs.
- Equip Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with the tools and knowledge they need to effectively communicate our value and drive adoption.
Cross-Functional Influence
- Partner with Sales leadership on enablement, messaging, and content development that drives engagement and conversion.
Work with Product and Data Science to identify new growth opportunities through market analysis and customer feedback. - Drive collaboration across teams to ensure product storytelling and brand messaging are aligned company-wide.
About You:
- 7-10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in B2B Enterprise SaaS.
- Proven experience managing and developing a team of Product Marketers.
- Deep expertise in go-to-market planning, segmentation, positioning, and competitive analysis.
- Data-driven decision maker with a passion for using insights to drive strategy and outcomes.
- Exceptional communicator with strong presentation skills and executive presence.
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving complex projects from strategy to execution.
- A builder who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with evolving priorities and high autonomy.

- Compensation: The comp range for this role is 220-245K with flexibility, plus a meaningful equity plan.
