We are currently experiencing massive growth and to accomplish our goals, we are hiring world-class talent who want to help build and scale internally, and transform the insurance space. Our team is our #1 priority, and we have been named one of Inc.’s Best Workplaces 3 years in a row and Built In’s Best Places to work in 2025 and 2026!
The Role: As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead enablement and go‑to‑market efforts for new, complex solutions in early stages of product‑market fit. This role sits very close to revenue and plays a critical part in helping Sales confidently take new products to market. You will be responsible for turning ambiguity and deep product complexity into clear, compelling, and sellable narratives. This is a senior individual contributor role with high autonomy and ownership, requiring strong judgment, hands‑on execution, and close cross‑functional partnership with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Services.
You bring a strong blend of product marketing, storytelling, and enablement experience that enable you to turn complex products into clear, compelling narratives that drive commercial impact. You thrive in ambiguity and move quickly to create clarity, especially when the problem space is evolving and not yet fully defined. You’re energized by distilling complexity and exercising strong commercial judgment, confidently evaluating what’s ready for market, where messaging needs refinement, and how to improve clarity before launch. You bias toward action, make progress with imperfect inputs, and take ownership of driving ideas through to launch and real‑world use.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Enablement & Commercial Readiness
- Serve as the primary driver of enablement for new solutions, ensuring Sales has clear, usable narratives
- Distill complex product capabilities into differentiated positioning, messaging, and talk tracks that Sales can confidently use in live customer conversations
- Own launch readiness for new solutions, including messaging, proof points, objection handling, and sales confidence
- Partner closely with Sales to support active pipeline, including joining strategic prospect and customer calls as a product and narrative expert
Go‑to‑Market
- Lead initial go‑to‑market efforts for new solutions that are still evolving, helping refine positioning through real‑world sales and customer feedback
- Support early product‑market fit discovery through GTM execution, using sales confidence, objections, and adoption signals to sharpen messaging over time
- Partner with Product as the voice of the market, helping shape how solutions are positioned and introduced externally
- Facilitate tight feedback loops between Product, Sales, and Client Services to continuously improve clarity, readiness, and adoption
Content Strategy & Hands‑On Creation
- Create and own core sales and enablement assets, including:
- Sales decks and product narratives
- Demo stories and talk tracks
- Case studies and proof‑point content
- Define and evolve a lightweight content system: what exists today, what’s missing, and how content should mature over time
- Balance speed and clarity with longer‑term organizational readiness, ensuring content is both immediately usable and scalable
- Partner with a small marketing team to extend and refine content, while remaining hands‑on in execution
Requirements:
- 4–6+ years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in B2B Enterprise SaaS
- Proven experience enabling Sales on complex or technical products
- Strong command of positioning, messaging, customer insight, and go‑to‑market execution
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
- Experience collaborating with and influencing cross‑functional partners without formal authority
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
