Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates to meet our valet staffing needs. This role requires a combination of relationship-building skills and the ability to work as part of a team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our workforce and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
  • Conducting high volume phone interviews
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates over the phone and through video
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Back up team members if they are out of office
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education Required

  • Associates Degree, or equivalent working experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum Experience Required

  • 2+ years’ experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience with high volume recruiting
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with HRIS platforms
  • Experience with Customer Service

Skills Required:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong technology proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and able to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

This is a hybrid position located in Tampa, Florida. You will be expected to work onsite 3 days per week, with 2 days as work from home. 

 

Salary Range

$40,000 - $41,600 USD
