Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates to meet our valet staffing needs. This role requires a combination of relationship-building skills and the ability to work as part of a team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our workforce and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Review resumes and applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Conducting high volume phone interviews
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates over the phone and through video
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Back up team members if they are out of office
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education Required
- Associates Degree, or equivalent working experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum Experience Required
- 2+ years’ experience in a corporate environment
- Experience with high volume recruiting
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with HRIS platforms
- Experience with Customer Service
Skills Required:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong technology proficiency
- Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and able to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
This is a hybrid position located in Tampa, Florida. You will be expected to work onsite 3 days per week, with 2 days as work from home.
Salary Range
$40,000 - $41,600 USD
