About the Role

As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Evolve, you play a key role in providing high-quality outpatient care to a diverse orthopedic population. • Carry treatment plans developed by the supervising PT, including therapeutic exercise, gait training, manual techniques, and modalities
  • Manage your own caseload and work with patients throughout their course of care, while under the supervision of our physical therapy team.
  • Educate patients on their condition, plan of care, home program, and strategies to support long-term progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using Prompt EMR
  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians through case discussions, mentorship, and shared learning
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
