Senior Product Designer, Growth

Remote - US

At Evolve, we’re on a mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone. Our high-performing, customer-obsessed team runs on curiosity, communication, and accountability—working together to create exceptional experiences for our owners and guests. Whether solving big challenges, delivering outstanding results, or celebrating wins, we approach every day with purpose and passion. If you’re ready to join a mission-driven company where every teammate has the opportunity to thrive, Evolve might just be the place for you.

Why this role

Evolve is the largest tech-enabled vacation rental management company in North America, and we’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to work with our newly formed Growth team. Your focus is the top of the funnel: the moment a curious homeowner becomes a qualified lead, and a lead becomes a signed Evolve owner.

Growth design at Evolve sits at the intersection of product, performance marketing, and data. You will lead end-to-end design across our acquisition surfaces—from variants of landing pages and RFI qualification flows to PLG tools and onboarding mechanics.  If you're a hypothesis-driven designer who balances sharp data curiosity with visual craft and works AI-native, come build with us.

What you’ll do

  • Acquisition & Conversion Flows: Own the end-to-end user experience across top-of-funnel surfaces. Design landing pages and templates to enable testing, qualification flows, PLG tools, and onboarding experiences that turn high-intent traffic into retained operators and owners.
  • Growth Strategy: Partner with product, performance marketing, product marketing so design decisions lift conversion without impacting lead quality.
  • Hypothesis driven experimentation: Prototype and ship tests quickly with AI-native workflows to lower CPL and CPMQL and lift lead-to-signup conversion.
  • Scalable Product Architecture: Design modular landing page templates and CMS components to enable Growth and marketing partners to launch pages and flows without a design bottleneck.
  • Solve from First Principles: Use funnel data, stakeholder feedback, and user research to find and prevent dropoffs and improve retention.
  • Autonomy & Outcome Ownership: Use data, behavioral analytics and user feedback to remove friction and optimize the full customer journey across web and mobile.

What makes you a great fit

  • 7+ years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio–landing and campaign pages, onboarding flows, and conversion wins you shipped–that shows results at high-growth B2C, B2B, or tech-enabled services companies
  • Conversion Without Sacrificing Craft: You know how to build a high performing page or flow and can explain why it works.
  • A Builder Skillset: Mastery of Figma, visual design, interaction design, responsive design, and web performance paired with a comfort working fast and iterating in real time alongside engineers and PMs.
  • A Builder Tech Stack: You work in the codebase with Github and AI coding agents, and you can set up a test with feature flags and experimentation tools.
  • Experimental Rigor: Complete comfort using quantitative data (funnel metrics, A/B testing, cohort analysis) and qualitative insights to articulate and defend design choices.
  • High-Performance Mindset: You embody Evolve’s culture—you are customer-obsessed, you run fast, and you embrace a growth mindset.

For this role our salary range is $141,000 to $184,000, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance. Compensation for this role may vary to reflect local market conditions.
