Your Job Opportunity:

EVPassport is seeking a creative and driven Graphic Designer to join our team in Boston. As the Graphic Designer, you’ll report into the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing & Communications and play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity by bringing our story to life across various platforms. We’re looking for a highly creative and resourceful Graphic Designer who thrives in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments and can translate complex ideas into compelling visuals and/or collateral - all while adhering to tight deadlines. Location: In order to be considered for this position, candidates must be located within a commutable distance to Boston and able to work out of our downtown Boston office when it opens (Fall 2024 - early 2025)

You Will:

• Develop and execute visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including our website, social media, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Designers, the CTO and other cross-functional team members to ensure cohesive brand representation across all touchpoints
• Create content for social (LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Create various graphics and materials for Sales (decks, templates)
• Drive the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives
• Continuously explore and advocate for design concepts and techniques to keep our visual content fresh and engaging
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing creative excellence with timely delivery in a fast-paced environment

You Have:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web design, typography, layout composition, and color theory
• A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience working in fast-paced environments where deadlines are crucial
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requests
• A keen eye for detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clean, impactful designs

Salary: $70,000-$85,000 | Placement within this base salary range depends upon several factors, including prior relevant job experience and skill set.
