Your Job Opportunity:

As a Product Manager you will be the main responsible and contact point for our product family, helping define the roadmap, strategy and working on day to day tasks. You will be working in a business oriented role, but a strong HW technical and industrialization background is also required, so you understand the requirements coming from customers alongside the ones coming from our Operations or other teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch and post-launch support and monitoring. 

This role reports directly to our Co-Founder and CTO to align on product vision and objectives.

 

Location: Poblenou, Barcelona. Hybrid work mode.

 

You Will: 

  • Work with key stakeholders internally and externally on product and strategy definition.
  • Be responsible for the product roadmap, working closely with engineering management and product.
  • Manage the product backlog, and ensure that it is up-to-date and accurately reflects the product roadmap and priorities.
  • Prioritizing the backlog: Identify and prioritize user stories and requirements for product features, and work with the development team to ensure that they are implemented correctly.
  • Collaborating with the development team
  • Communicating with stakeholders (support, operations, marketing, sales)
  • Ensuring that the product meets the needs of customers and stakeholders, as well as meeting any relevant regulatory or compliance requirement
  • Make trade-offs and difficult decisions when needed to ensure that the product meets business objectives and customer needs.
  • Continuously gather feedback from customer success team, stakeholders, and team members, and use it to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices for product development.
  • Be comfortable with a flexible meeting schedule due to the nature of key company stakeholders being based in the U.S. but willing to spend time in our Barcelona office to accomplish collaboration tasks locally

You have:

  • Experience as a Product Manager or similar role, working in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make product decisions.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Knowledge of product management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Knowledge on Google Analytics, DataDog, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and creating products that solve real-world problems.
  • Fluent English

It’s a Plus:

  • Experience in the electric vehicle (EV) industry
  • Knowledge and experience in Jira, Confluence, Notion or equivalent tools
