Your job opportunity:

We’re looking for a Product Manager to temporarily join our team (8 months) as a maternity leave replacement. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact and owner of our product family, defining the roadmap, strategy, and managing day-to-day tasks.

While the role is business-oriented, a strong technical background in hardware and industrialization is required to understand both customer needs and internal requirements from teams like Operations or Engineering.

You’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch and post-launch support.

You will: 

  • Knowledge transfer between PM and Business - own it
  • Fast learner - able to multitask and context switch 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (internal and external) to define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Own the product roadmap, working closely with engineering management and product teams.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects roadmap priorities and user needs.
  • Create clearly defined user stories, requirements and manage prioritization.
  • Collaborate with the development team to deliver high-quality features.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders, including support, operations, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Ruthlessly prioritize  customer and stakeholder needs, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Make trade-offs and decisions to balance business objectives with customer satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback from customer success teams, stakeholders, and end users to inform continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Be flexible with meeting schedules to accommodate key stakeholders in the U.S., while collaborating in-person at our Barcelona office when needed.

 

You have:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in an Agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership abilities to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to product decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (Figma, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Google Analytics, DataDog).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

 

It’s a plus:

  • Experience in electric vehicle industry
  • Knowledge and experience in Jira, Confluence, Notion or equivalent tools
