Solutions Manager, Business
EVYD Technology is looking for a Solutions Manager, Business to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and presenting AI and data solutions that address their challenges.
What will you do?
As a Solutions Manager, Business, you will need a strong technical understanding of our solutions to effectively bridge communication between client teams and EVYD’s internal product and technology teams. You will also build strong relationships with clients and channel partners, serving as a key point of contact for project discussions and strategic planning. This role has an international scope, working with hospital and government clients across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
This role reports to our Head of Business and is going to be based in Brunei.
Your key responsibilities include:

Engage with potential customers to deeply understand their business challenges and needs.

Develop an in-depth understanding of EVYD’s products and technologies.

Clearly communicate the value and differentiation of developed solutions to clients.

Prepare and present solution proposals, presentations, and related materials.

Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring ongoing engagement and long-term cooperation.

Understand product pricing strategies based on customer needs and market conditions.

Stay updated on industry trends in medical AI and data to ensure solutions remain innovative and compliant.
Travel Requirements
- Some travel may be required for this role (up to 25%)
What We’re Looking For
Educational Background
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Medical Informatics is preferred.
Work Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in pre-sales support, technical consulting, or solution design.
Technical Expertise
- Familiarity with AI, data governance, and cloud services.
- Candidates with medical industry experience are preferred.
Communication & Customer Engagement
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset, skilled in building trust and fostering collaboration.
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
