What will you do?

As Head of Technology, you will define and execute high-quality technology strategies aligned with our vision and mission. You will lead both short- and long-term tech roadmaps, oversee IT operations and infrastructure, manage digital assets, and ensure the highest standards of data security and efficiency. This is a high-impact leadership role driving innovation, digital safeguards, and collaboration across the organization.

This role reports to the CEO of EVYD Technology.

Your key responsibilities include: 

Define & Drive Technology Vision

• Uphold EVYD’s vision through all technology initiatives.

• Develop strategic plans that align with business goals and drive innovation.

• Identify technology trends and competitive advantages to support long-term growth.

Oversee Technology Operations & Strategy

• Lead the development and execution of short- and long-term technology plans.

• Guide the management of all IT and digital operations, including infrastructure and systems.

• Create and enforce standards, practices, and performance metrics for all tech functions.

Manage Partnerships, Budgets & Resources

• Lead the strategy for external partnerships and tech platform integrations.

• Serve as a responsible steward of EVYD’s technology resources, including IT budgets and digital assets.

• Evaluate technology performance and make continuous improvements and recommendations.

Safeguard Data & Infrastructure

• Direct all networking and cybersecurity protocols to reduce risks and prevent data breaches.

• Develop disaster recovery plans, data protection procedures, and breach response processes.

• Maintain high standards of compliance and protect confidential internal and external data.

Drive Innovation in Healthcare Solutions

• Oversee the development and implementation of digital healthcare products.

• Conduct research on emerging technologies and assess feasibility for adoption.

• Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to deliver integrated tech solutions.

Lead By Example

• Maintain deep knowledge of the healthcare and tech industry.

• Demonstrate professional and positive leadership across all teams and projects.

• Foster collaboration across departments to drive successful digital transformation.

• Proven experience leading large-scale technology operations and infrastructure.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align tech goals with business objectives.
• Expertise in cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and enterprise-level IT governance.
• Solid understanding of digital health solutions and cloud-based system architectures.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across business, product, and operational functions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
