Senior Product Manager, Emerging Products
Compensation: $180,000-200,000 per year depending on experience.

Exactera is looking for a talented, team player to join us as the Senior Product Manager, Emerging Products and be the newest addition to our incredible team of leaders. Exactera is a fully remote organization where billable hours are a thing of the past. Generous PTO, Birthdays off, summer Fridays and a robust holiday schedule.

Role Overview:  

In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for emerging growth initiatives. These initiatives would span across activation, retention, and monetization, particularly focusing on new service provider offerings. The role includes owning the overall product strategy of Emerging Products, prioritizing key features and initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration, and aligning with executive, sales, customer success, marketing and engineering teams to bring product vision to life.  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Define, set priorities for, and execute strategic growth opportunities, particularly for service provider expansion. 
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including executives, sales, customer success, marketing and engineering to ensure seamless alignment and execution of product strategies. 
  • Product Vision & Roadmap Development: Establish and own a dynamic product roadmap for their area of focus based on market insights, customer needs, and company goals, ensuring the teams remain agile and responsive to emerging opportunities. 
  • Mentorship & Oversight: Oversee and mentor Product Manager(s) to iterate quickly, experimenting to deliver products that strongly resonate with the service provider market. 
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define and monitor key performance indicators, leveraging data insights to assess product success, inform growth-focused decisions, and drive ongoing product improvements.  
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Lead market research and customer feedback initiatives to deeply understand the service provider landscape, and champion new ideas and solutions that align with customer needs and industry trends. 
  • Go-To-Market & Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling positioning and messaging that highlights product value and drives adoption. 

 

What You Will Need to Succeed:  

  • Product Leadership: 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years of people management, particularly in overseeing emerging product areas or new market segments, preferably within data-focused or B2B SaaS products. 
  • Growth Focus: Proven experience in product-led growth environments driving adoption and activation.  
  • Communication & Influence: Strong communicator with the ability to influence and align stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments that encourage innovation and strategic thinking. Skilled in using customer feedback and market insights to drive innovative solutions.
