Middle/Senior Business Analyst

Currently, we are looking for a talented Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Understanding of requirements, their different types, and stages (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management)
• Willingness to work with marketing automation tools (Adobe Marketo)
• Deep understanding of Scrum, understanding of other Agile software development methodologies, and software development lifecycle
• Familiarity with issue tracking and documentation systems, Confluence and Jira in particular
• Working hours: at least until 7 pm CET

English level

Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities

• Work closely with management and clients to prioritize business needs
• Working with the Development team (developers, QAs), clarifying their needs, and keeping the balance between customer wishes and technical possibilities
• Identify business opportunities and provide creative solutions to complex problems
• Write software functional specifications, including user stories, use cases, mockups, and diagrams
• Write guides and instructions for the Publishing Team of page authors on how to use the developed components and solutions
• Prototype user interfaces and algorithms of the system behavior
• Interact with the development team to discuss and clarify the requirements during the project implementation
• Hand specifications (User Stories) to developers, make sure they understand everything without missing details
• Be the primary source of information about the product, know everything that is going on at all stages
