About the Customer

A boutique technology consulting firm offering software development, architecture, and quality assurance services. 

Requirements

• 4+ years of background in DevOps, with a focus on cloud environments
• 4+ years of experience in architecture, design, and implementation of distributed cloud applications
• Proficiency in GCP, including services such as Google Compute Engine (GCE), AlloyDB, AlloyDB, ANT, Wildfly
• Competency in migrating on-premise or AWS-based workloads to the cloud, including cloud-native re-architecting
• Expertise in networking, security, identity management, and storage in both private and public cloud environments
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing (Cloud Functions)
• Skills in workflow orchestration tools, such as Airflow and Astronomer
• Proven track record in successfully overseeing major transformation projects and leading cross-functional teams through migration processes
• Understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
• Ability to design resilient multi-site architectures and ensure high availability and disaster recovery

• Monitor billing and costs to ensure efficiency and smart resource use
• Help development with builds and CI/CD pipelines
• Design, manage, and maintain tools to automate operational processes
