Middle Business Analyst

This fintech company specializes in transaction reporting solutions for banks, brokers, and asset managers. Their mission is to empower clients by providing transparency and control over their data, making transaction reporting more efficient, accurate, and complete. This simplifies the reporting process by removing unnecessary steps, reduces risk and increases confidence through automation and audit trails, resulting in significant resource and cost savings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the field
• Expertise in analyzing in an Agile environment 
• Background in Lean, Scrum, Kanban, or a mix of all of these
• Ability to cooperate with Product Managers and stakeholders from senior-level management to end-users
• Knowledge in understanding, documenting, and assessing business processes
• Mastery of MS Excel 

English level

Upper-Intermediate

Nice to Have

• Experience in C#/.Net 
• Understanding of Finance or FinTech 

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements elicitation and analysis with functional decomposition
• Write user stories with acceptance criteria (low-level requirements) and refine them with the team
• Create wireframes
• Maintain product backlog to include new or revised requirements and backlog items, prioritization, and reporting
• Participate in the planning and preparation of estimates 
• Manage project documentation and conduct demos for customers
