Senior Systems Operations Analyst
We’re looking for an experienced Systems Operations Analyst to join our team and play a key role in keeping our IT infrastructure stable, secure, and high-performing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting our cloud and on-premises systems to ensure everything works as it should.

Requirements
- Background in system monitoring and IT operations
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and on-premises infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with server management, user access control, and incident response
- Awareness of database operations and data migration
- Understanding of security standards, including ISO 27001 and GDPR
- Familiarity with information security risks in software development, software services, and cloud services environments
- Skills in writing documentation – processes, procedures, reports, and logs

Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor business-critical systems to ensure uptime and availability
- Identify and resolve system errors (e.g., CB errors, reference data errors)
- Monitor and maintain pipelines that validate reference data availability
- Provide technical support for internal teams (e.g., VPN access, database access)
- Assist clients with system configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support
- Maintain and optimize server infrastructure for reliability and performance
- Manage cloud services across Azure and AWS, ensuring efficient operations
- Create, modify, and revoke user access based on organizational needs
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and compliance requirements
- Manage data migration between systems, ensuring data integrity
- Oversee software licensing compliance and renewals for all applications
