Senior UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on User Experience and understanding of business analysis. The ideal candidate can turn complex ideas into clean, user-friendly designs, create wireframes and mock-ups, and collaborate closely with product and development teams to deliver intuitive digital experiences.

The history of the customer started as a boutique IT company in 2008. In less than three years, it grew to become a leading IT company with 100+ employees, serving clients from around the globe. Today, the customer is the digital health lab that aims to improve and save lives through technology.

Requirements

• UX design background, with a portfolio showing wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of UX research techniques and how to apply insights to improve designs
• Hands-on experience or understanding of business analysis: comfortable working with requirements and product goals
• Attention to detail and a user-centered mindset

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes based on project goals and user needs
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and pain points
• Analyze and optimize user flows for clarity, simplicity, and efficiency    
• Translate business requirements into UX concepts and design solutions
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the design and development process
• Ensure consistency in design across products and platforms
• Communication with business and gather detailed business requirements
• Outline user flows, and spot potential for optimisation/improvement in current processes
• Recommendations, and project updates to business stakeholders
