Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in multi-market investment funds to actively support our technology projects through data collection, analysis, and structuring. The candidate should be a functional hands-on professional with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, basic SQL skills, and the ability to work with data files in various formats (CSV, XLSX, TXT, etc.).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a functional analyst in the financial market, especially with multi-market funds
• Analytical, proactive, and strong communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts
• Basic/intermediate SQL knowledge for simple queries
• Experience handling various file formats (CSV, XLSX, TXT, XML, etc.)
• Background in technology or digital transformation projects

Nice to Have

• Experience with fund management systems
• Knowledge of ETL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Intermediate or advanced English

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business teams and technology, focusing on multi-market investment products, mainly FUNDS
• Conduct functional analysis and requirements gathering with stakeholders
• Handle and process data files in different formats to produce relevant information for daily use
• Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets for data control, analysis, and validation
• Perform basic SQL queries to extract and validate data from relational databases
• Support the technical and QA teams during functional testing, business rule validation, and test case creation
• Document business processes, workflows, and functional specifications
• Participate in project meetings, proposing practical and collaborative solutions
