We are looking for a Business Analyst who will deliver as a Senior Consultant on our team to support clients in a variety of industries in an environment with people who truly care about you and your ideas.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience authoring or collaborating on business requirements documents or functional specifications 
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical delivery or software development projects  
  • Experience with all aspects and roles in the SDLC/ITLC (Software Development Life Cycle, Information Technology Life Cycle)  
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or business field or equivalent work experience 

Nice to have skills:

  • Six Sigma certification 
  • PMP certification
  • Big 4 consulting or similar experience 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners to understand business challenges and define and document requirements for new solutions
  • Engage with the Business and IT stakeholders in a proactive, ongoing basis to ensure the capture of complete business requirements 
  • Understand business problems and develop materials to make the business case to solve those business problems 
  • Ensure alignment of project priorities to a multi-year capabilities roadmap 
  • Establish user acceptance plans and criteria working with business stakeholders 
  • Manage end-to-end delivery project with quality and within schedule and budget
