We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with proven success in hiring for the financial services sector—especially roles supporting banking and trading platform projects. You will partner closely with hiring managers, technical leads, and client stakeholders to identify, engage, and secure the best talent in competitive markets. This role requires deep understanding of technical skill sets within capital markets, strong business acumen, and exceptional relationship management skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles with a focus on banking and trading platform projects
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and set hiring strategies
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS system
  • Assess candidates for both technical capabilities and cultural fit, conducting thorough screening interviews
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles, ensuring readiness for upcoming projects
  • Negotiate offers and manage the closing process in collaboration with HR and client teams
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintain compliance with client and internal hiring policies, including financial services regulatory requirements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets roles, trading platform technologies, and associated technical skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, Calypso, Murex)
  • Experience recruiting on international positions
  • Proven ability to recruit for a mix of contract and permanent roles in high-demand skill areas
  • Excellent sourcing skills, with a track record of success in competitive talent markets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for global investment banks or trading technology vendors
  • Understanding of capital markets regulatory requirements and how they impact hiring
  • Exposure to agile environments and project-based hiring models
  • Ability to speak an additional language (e.g., Portuguese, Spanish) for LATAM recruitment
