What You’ll Do  

  • Lead and mentor the design team (brand, marketing, UX/UI) — setting priorities, giving feedback, and managing performance
  • Oversee all design activities across brand, campaigns, and digital experiences
  • Ensure consistent execution of the new Exadel AI identity across every platform and deliverable
  • Own the creative and UX direction for the company website and campaign landing pages
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Lead Gen, Sales, and Digital Experience teams to align design efforts with campaign goals and conversion metrics
  • Present design strategies, ideas, and results to executive stakeholders
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers where needed, ensuring alignment and quality
    Ensuring that every design initiative contributes to awareness, engagement, and lead generation

What You Bring  

  • 7+ years of experience in design (brand, marketing, or UX/UI), including at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in managing design teams and driving cross-department collaboration
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX, CRO, and website performance optimization (big plus is UX writing knowledge)
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (Matomo, Hotjar, HubSpot, etc.)
