About the Client  

The customer is one of the largest online gambling companies in the world, with over 26 million clients across all markets. The company was founded in 1997 and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm in 2004. They are committed to offering their clients the best possible deal and user experience, while ensuring a safe and fair gambling environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Three master surveys (CSat, First Impressions, Churn) using:
    - Shared question numbering and consistent variables
    - Brand and market-specific items handled via display logic and data flags
  • Cleaner survey builds with:
    - All legacy/duplicate questions and unnecessary translations removed
    - Redundant workflows retired
  • Governed data feeds:
    - Single, stable export per tracker (via Qualtrics / API) into internal databases and Power BI
  • Full documentation:
    - Questionnaires, logic, codebooks, and “old vs new” mappings to preserve data comparability over time

Discovery & audit

  • Inventory all legacy surveys by brand / market / language, including:
    - Question IDs, variables, translations, and historic “copy-of-a-copy” deviations
  • Map brand/market-specific needs (e.g. competitor lists) into a consolidated design that:
    - Preserves longitudinal comparability
    - Allows blank outputs where items are not applicable (N/A)

Survey scripting in Qualtrics

  • Build and maintain master questionnaires in Qualtrics, enforcing:
    - Stable question IDs and recode values
    - Embedded Data structure and variable governance
  • Implement:
    - Survey Flow, branching and display/skip logic
    - Piped text, loop & merge, translations
    - Creation, review and pruning of workflows
  • Establish and enforce:
    - Naming conventions, version control, and change management for standardised questionnaires

Quality assurance

  • Design and run comprehensive test plans, covering:
    - Logic and routing
    - Translations and labels
    - Branding and layout
    - Test responses across brands/markets

Documentation & enablement

  • Produce questionnaire specs (e.g. Word) documenting:
    - Final question wording, routing and logic per tracker
  • Create codebooks (e.g. Excel) for complex questions, mapping:
    - Variable names, values and recodes
    - Brand/market/product differences
  • Document “current state vs new state” for:
    - All questions and codebooks
    - Any changes impacting trend/comparability, with mitigation notes

Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
    - UX / Research to ensure business needs and comparability are met
    - Data Engineering on export schemas and Qualtrics→DB/Power BI integration
  • Support internal teams in safely adding/retiring brand-specific items without breaking the underlying schema

What You Bring

  • 4–6+ years in research operations or CX/tracker implementation, with:
    - Primary ownership of Qualtrics XM builds at enterprise scale
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    - Survey Flow, Embedded Data, display/skip logic, loop & merge
    - Translations, recode values and codebooks
    - Panel / contact management
    - QSF import/export
  • Proven experience consolidating trackers, e.g.:
    - Merging multi-brand or multi-market surveys
    - Maintaining longitudinal comparability through changes
  • Strong governance mindset, including:
    - Naming/ versioning standards
    - Change logs and rollback plans

Nice to Have 

  • Data-engineering adjacent skills, such as:
    - Designing export schemas
    - Using Qualtrics connectors / API to pipe data into Power BI or similar
    - Handling OAuth / SFTP, basic monitoring and alerting
  • Experience with:
    - Power BI dataset/table design
    - Working with Data Engineering on productionised exports
  • Familiarity with:
    - Privacy and compliance considerations for survey data retention and access
