What You’ll Do
- Oversee operational workflows across privacy, data, and publication processes
- Manage intake, prioritization, SLAs, and coordination across multiple teams
- Enforce governance, documentation, and quality standards across all workstreams
- Identify workflow issues, escalate complex cases to Tier-3 SMEs, and ensure timely resolution
- Enhance SOPs and lead process optimization and automation readiness initiatives
- Support onboarding and capability development for growing Tier-1 and Tier-2 teams
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Compliance, or a related field
- 6–8 years of operational experience in privacy, data governance, compliance, or regulated workflows
- Demonstrated ability to run complex, multi-step operational processes
- Strong skills in quality control, documentation, governance enforcement, and workflow oversight
- Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication capabilities
- Highly proficient English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in one of Exadel’s secure locations
Nice to Have
- Professional certifications such as DAMA CDMP, ISTQB Advanced, PMP, or equivalent operational leadership credentials
