About the Client 

An international consulting firm that helps companies of all sizes have a better impact on the world. Company capabilities focus on supporting the private and public sectors with their people, processes, and digital technology challenges.

What You’ll Do  

• Analyse large financial datasets from trading systems and market sources to support risk, compliance, and performance teams
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Write complex SQL queries across Oracle and cloud databases (BigQuery, Redshift, Athena)
• Collaborate with traders, risk officers, and compliance to deliver insights into trade behaviour, exposure, and anomalies
• Work within Agile teams to continuously iterate on reporting and data model enhancements
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms

What You Bring 

• Strong SQL skills (Oracle, GCP BigQuery, AWS Athena or Redshift)
• Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent
• Understanding of financial instruments (equities, derivatives, FX, et cetera)
• Experience with cloud data environments (GCP, AWS) a strong advantage
• Basic scripting experience (Python or R) is a plus
• Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile teams (Scum or Kanban)

Nice to Have 

• Familiarity with market data sources (Bloomberg, Refinitiv)
• Experience in risk reporting or regulatory reporting (MiFID II, EMIR)
