What You’ll Do

• Support applications to ensure system stability, availability, and performance
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional incidents
• Provide support to business users by troubleshooting system issues and responding to inquiries
• Plan, execute, and monitor testing activities with end users
• Manage deployment processes and support change management activities
• Maintain alignment with internal teams (business and technology), vendors, and clients
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and operational processes
• Support documentation of solutions, incidents, and workflows
• Contribute to maintaining reliable and scalable financial systems in a production environment

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Experience as a Systems Analyst within financial institutions such as Asset Management, Custody, or Fund Administration
• Understanding of system architecture principles
• Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar
• Experience supporting applications and maintaining production environments
• Knowledge of system integrations and APIs
• Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Understanding of functional testing and user validation processes
• Experience working in regulated environments and mission-critical financial systems
• Familiarity with ITIL processes or similar frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (technical and functional)

Nice to have

• CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification
• Additional experience with financial systems related to custody, fund administration, or fund accounting

English level
