About the Client

The leading provider of vehicle lifecycle solutions, with headquarters in Chicago, enables the companies that build, insure, and replace vehicles to power the next generation of transportation. Its platform delivers advanced mobile, artificial intelligence, and car technologies. It connects a network of 350+ insurance companies, 24,000+ repair facilities, hundreds of parts suppliers, and dozens of third-party data and service providers. What You’ll Do

  • Manage and scale our Azure environment. Implement CI/CD pipelines and utilize (IaC) to automate platform deployments and updates
  • Part of the strategic migration from legacy systems (Okta, Saviynt, On-Prem AD) to a consolidated Microsoft Entra ID architecture
  • Own the backend for Endpoint Management (Intune), SharePoint, and OneDrive, ensuring high availability and security
  • Act as the technical lead for Microsoft Teams Administration, including telephony integration and global email flow
  • Work independently to identify platform gaps, propose technical solutions, and execute migrations with a focus on long-term scalability

What You Bring

  • Solid experience with Azure DevOps, ARM templates/Bicep or Terraform, and automation via PowerShell
  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory. Experience with Okta Workflows or Saviynt is highly desirable for migration purposes
  • Advanced administration of Teams (including Voice/Telephony), Exchange Online, and SharePoint
  • Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and compliance policy management
  • Knowledge in managing Copilot backend settings, data privacy, and tenant-level AI configurations
  • You can pivot quickly during complex migrations and are confident in making technical decisions that impact the entire enterprise
