What You’ll Do
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders
- Capture pain points across finance, operations, customer service, reporting, and site-level processes
- Identify AI, automation, RPA, reporting, and analytics opportunities
- Structure use cases with clear business problem, expected value, data needs, dependencies, and feasibility considerations
- Prioritize use cases by business value, ROI potential, time-to-value, data readiness, feasibility, and complexity
- Support creation of business-case logic for high-priority use cases
- Define success criteria for potential PoV / pilot candidates
- Align stakeholders on what should move into Phase 2 and what should be deferred
- Prepare executive-ready summaries, workshop outputs, and decision materials
What You Bring
- Strong business analysis experience in data, analytics, automation, or transformation programs
- Experience running workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Ability to translate business problems into structured requirements and use cases
- Experience with prioritization frameworks, value assessment, and ROI logic
- Strong written communication and executive summary skills
- Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Manufacturing, operations, finance, customer service, or reporting process experience
- Exposure to AI, RPA, data platform, or BI modernization initiatives
- Experience working in complex multi-site or multi-business-unit organizations
English level
