About the Client

A leading American financial services corporation and operator of a premier global stock market. Serving as the primary listing venue for major technology and growth-oriented companies, the organization also acts as a top-tier financial technology provider, delivering data analytics, market surveillance, and index licensing to institutional clients worldwide. To drive digital modernization, the platform integrates advanced cloud infrastructure and Generative AI to streamline cross-border listings, trading workflows, and global regulatory compliance. 

What You’ll Do

• Engineer, design and estimate solutions for new feature requests together with the product team.
• Decide on the best approach for implementation i.e. front-end or back-end solutions.
• Review pull-requests from others to ensure high quality and maintainable solutions.
• Coach other team members and elevate their technical skills.
• Follow-up new evolutions of technology and take initiative to keep the stack up to date.

What You Bring

• Extensive and proven professional software development background including front-end and back-end code.
• Strong technical capabilities, specifically in Java, to act as a "last mile" implementer handling the technical integration of Axiom SL with client applications.
• Experience in capital markets and familiarity with relevant financial jargon.
• Demonstrated flexibility and a positive attitude to navigate complex client environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of specific Brazilian regulatory frameworks.
• Experience having led a sizable feature from design/architecture through to delivery.

English level

Fluent in both Portuguese and English
