About the Client
A premier global provider of cloud-based investment management software. The organization delivers a flagship platform that automates front- and middle-office operations, including portfolio management, compliance, and order execution. Today, the system supports thousands of investment professionals globally, streamlining workflows and managing massive asset portfolios across institutional, wealth, and insurance sectors.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS upgrade projects, ensuring successful execution of project scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Develop project plans, manage resources, monitor risks and dependencies, and drive projects through each phase of the delivery lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication, governance, status reporting, and executive updates.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to coordinate technical readiness, testing, validation, and production deployments.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal delivery teams.
- Drive project governance, financial tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across SaaS delivery methodologies.
- Promote best practices, standardized delivery processes, and knowledge sharing across the project management organization.
What You Bring
- Senior-level Project Management experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementations or upgrade programs.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation through production deployment.
- Strong understanding of project governance, scope management, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements in fast-paced delivery environments.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating technical teams including Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations.
- Experience delivering SaaS implementations or upgrade projects for enterprise clients.
- Financial Services, Investment Management, or Capital Markets experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting Front Office, Middle Office, or Back Office investment management platforms is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with enterprise software implementation methodologies and client delivery best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and technical teams.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.
Nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Experience working within global delivery organizations.
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and delivery process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.

- Compensation Transparency: The expected compensation range for this role is $80-85/hr CAD, with eligibility for commission, bonus, or other incentive compensation where applicable. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location within Canada, and business needs.
