HR Specialist
The HR Shared Services Specialist provides operational HR support for a designated region within a global organization. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners, delivering efficient, employee-focused support across core HR processes and programs. The HR Specialist is responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting employee lifecycle transactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies, processes, and best practices.
This position partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence, Total Rewards, Payroll, managers, and third-party vendors to ensure a high-quality employee experience while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence within HR Shared Services.

What You’ll Do
Employee Lifecycle Administration:
- Administer end-to-end new hire processes, including onboarding coordination, documentation, system entries, and employee communications
- Support employee data administration activities, including job changes, transfers, organizational updates, and employee records maintenance
- Process employee termination activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, timelines, and regional requirements
- Prepare and administer employment contracts and related employment documentation in accordance with local legislation
- Maintain labor workbooks and administer military registration requirements in accordance with Belarusian legislation
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR systems and employee records
Time Management & Attendance:
- Provide support for time management and attendance troubleshooting and questions
- Assist with complex timekeeping corrections, approvals, escalations, and policy guidancе
- Partner with Payroll and managers to ensure timely and accurate processing
Employee & Manager Support:
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, managers, and other stakeholders
- Provide guidance, education, and support regarding HR policies, procedures, systems, and next steps
- Resolve inquiries efficiently or escalate issues to appropriate HR teams, vendors, or leadership as needed
- Deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Benefits & Total Rewards Support:
- Act as first-level support for benefits administration and employee benefit-related questions beyond self-service capabilities
- Coordinate with Total Rewards for escalations and issue resolution
- Provide employees with materials and guidance related to Benefit offerings, Policy adherence and benefit processes
HR Operations & Continuous Improvement:
- Support statutory HR reporting (including PU reports), Occupational Health & Safety administration, and other local compliance requirements
- Support local office administration, as required
- Participate in process improvement activities to drive efficiency and standardization
- Generate and maintain process documentation, job aids, employee-facing materials, and HR Shared Services guides
- Support policy updates and postings for HR-related procedures and self-service resources
- Assist with mass administrative efforts such as document generation, reorganizations, audits, and reporting activities
- Act as a first-response operator to route, redirect, or navigate requests to the appropriate teams or resources
- Support reporting, metrics tracking, and analysis related to HR operations and service delivery
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field experience preferred
- 2–5 years of HR operations, HR shared services, payroll, benefits, or employee support experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Belarusian labor legislation and statutory HR administration
- Experience working with 1C:ZUP 8.3
- Experience supporting employees in a regional or global environment preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, ticketing systems, and case management tools
- Knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, employee records, time management, and benefits administration
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
