Private Duty Nurse Job Summary:

MGA Homecare is seeking a Spanish-speaking RN for long-tern care in Phoenix! This is an excellent opportunity to join our incredible team of talented RNs who care deeply about the families they serve. Our RN's offer education, training and support throughout the healing process. Beyond that, our amazing team works to help bring every family peace of mind. Pediatric patients require a truly personal touch which is why we are searching for passionate nurses who are ready to accept the challenge of caring for children in all types of medical situations.

 

As an MGA Registered Nurse, you can expect:

  • A dependable, full-time schedule with competitive, weekly pay up to $30 per hour
  • Benefit eligibility after only 30 days of full-time employment
  • Experience working with high acuity cases in a 1:1 environment
  • Paid training with our clinical staff in our simulation lab to fill any knowledge gaps for your case
  • 24/7 clinical and administrative support from your MGA team!

 

You will: (elements will vary per case)

  • Practice safe delivery of physician-ordered care to patients in a home or school environment
  • Administer medications, feedings, and/or TPN/Lipids via G/J-tube or Central Line
  • Provide Tracheostomy, feeding tube, ventilator, central line, and urinary catheter management and care
  • Utilize the latest EMR technology allowing for real-time charting and patient documentation using a company-assigned tablet (no paper charting!)

 

What we are looking for:

  • A compassionate and caring RN interested in home care opportunities
  • An active AZ (or compact state) Registered Nurse license
  • Trach & vent experience preferred
  • Fingerprint clearance card
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish)
