Custom Description:
As a Quantity Surveyor at Clancy Group, you will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring commercial success, and driving best practices throughout the lifecycle of our construction projects. Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and manage cost estimates, budgets, and value engineering proposals.
• Measure and value works undertaken, report project progress, and forecast future costs.
• Liaise with project managers, site teams, and suppliers to ensure accurate cost control and timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Analyze contracts, mitigate risks, and negotiate with clients and subcontractors.
• Deliver financial updates and reports to stakeholders, supporting project decision-making.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of processes and promote learning and growth within the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or a related field.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project needs.
• Proficiency in relevant software for cost analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, project management tools).
• Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (desired but not essential).
