Summary: ACME is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand, demand, and content programs across Australia and New Zealand from our Sydney hub. You will shape our market presence, build high-performing campaigns, and partner closely with Sales to drive measurable growth across the region.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the ANZ go-to-market and campaign calendar across digital, events, content, and partner channels, aligned to commercial goals.
  • Lead demand generation programs (paid, organic, email, webinars, ABM) that deliver qualified opportunities and accelerate the funnel.
  • Own local brand positioning and storytelling; create and repurpose content (case studies, thought leadership, landing pages, sales enablement).
  • Plan and deliver field marketing activities, including industry events, roundtables, and sponsored conferences, with clear pre-/post-event motions.
  • Partner with Sales on integrated plays, account prioritization and enablement; align on targets, SLAs, and feedback loops.
  • Manage marketing performance dashboards; track and report on KPIs (pipeline, MQLs/SQLs, CAC, ROAS), and optimize based on insight.
  • Coordinate with global marketing to localize assets, ensure brand consistency, and share best practices.
  • Oversee agencies and budgets, ensuring efficient spend and high-quality output.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or a fast-growing organization.
  • Proven track record running integrated demand programs and field marketing that convert to pipeline.
  • Strong command of marketing automation and CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and comfort with data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent copywriting and content development skills, with an eye for brand and storytelling.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales and Partnerships in a revenue-focused environment.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach, balancing strategy with execution in a lean, high-ownership setting.
  • ABM experience targeting enterprise or strategic accounts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the ANZ technology landscape and key industry events is a plus.
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe) and landing page/CMS know-how are a plus.
