The Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be part of the front-of-house team delivering an unforgettable dining experience to every guest. You’ll anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and create moments that reflect Example's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver attentive, seamless service during lunch and dinner service.

  • Provide expert menu and beverage knowledge, supporting guests with recommendations.

  • Set up, maintain, and clear tables and service areas in line with brand standards.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.

  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and allergen awareness standards at all times.

  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and inclusive team environment.

About You

We’re looking for individuals who:

  • Have at least 6–12 months’ experience in hospitality (restaurant, bar, or hotel).

  • Bring energy, professionalism, and warmth to every guest interaction.

  • Communicate clearly and thrive in fast-paced service environments.

  • Are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Value teamwork, consistency, and pride in presentation.

Desirable:

  • Experience in fine dining or premium casual environments.

  • Knowledge of Japanese, European, or contemporary cuisine.

  • Food Safety and Allergen Awareness certification (training provided if needed).
