Role Overview:
The Influencer Marketing Manager’s critical role is the day-to-day management of influencer, creator and talent programs for digital-focused, social campaigns and always-on creator ambassador programs. They will be responsible for delivering exemplary quality work on end-to-end influencer campaign management with little executive oversight and by collaborating with peers on their team. This includes working alongside the accounts and social teams to identify influencers, work through client feedback, negotiate and contract influencers, as well as thoughtfully and strategically reviewing content deliverables in order for influencer content to go live successfully upon hitting on all of the client’s KPIs.
Overall critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, while taking the appropriate steps to address challenges/concerns, are all crucial to the success of this role. The Influencer Marketing Manager ensures that the agency is delivering innovative influencer output that matches overall client objectives and should have a keen understanding of social and digital content production, as well as a deep understanding of social media management, processes, and timelines.
The Influencer Marketing Manager will be expected to oversee a multitude of tasks; including, but not limited to:
- Maintain all assigned influencer projects and campaigns, ensuring both internal objectives and client objectives are being delivered upon, based on project briefs with a keen understanding of the various clients they’re assigned to.
- Manage day-to-day execution of overlapping influencer campaigns, acting as the main point of contact for any and all influencer specific asks as it pertains to a client’s needs. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Contributing to an influencer campaign strategy
- Sourcing influencers against an approved campaign strategy and taking client feedbackinto consideration and pivoting any influencer sourcing suggestions
- Drafting comms, briefs and contracts for influencers, as well as having timely andprofessional influencer negotiations
- Reviewing influencer content with a thoughtful and strategic eye, providing critical feedback, and ensuring all content hits on the requirements within a client brief before going live.
- Manage influencer-related budgets, as well as T&A and influencer-creative budgets within the overall project budget, and facilitating invoicing to Finance as necessary.
- Provide strategic and creative influencer support for client needs; displaying an understanding of challenges and opportunities while in turn assisting in developing solutions. Raising any implications of scope or budget constraints to the Director of Influencer Marketing and applicable Accounts team.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of influencer management campaign/program experience within an agency environment (previous roles can include influencer marketing coordinator and manager).Strong understanding of how influencer campaigns work and can be executed. You will be the last line of review before any influencer work goes to the client, this is critical to client success.
- Ability to prioritize and manage 5 to 8 influencer campaigns simultaneously for various clients with varying budgets.
- Excellent communication and organization skills supported by a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
- Ability to think on your toes and pivot when information from the client is scarce.
- Skilled expository writing and oral presentation skills.
- Experience with budget tracking and negotiations as it pertains to influencer contracting.
- Fluent in influencer contracting legalese and best practices.
- Existing talent relationships within the digital and traditional media spaces.
- Strong understanding of FTC guidelines and required disclosures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment with tight deadlines.
- Highly competent with Asana, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple products and software, and Box/Dropbox.
The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
