QA Analyst

We are seeking a QA Analyst to join our experienced Management Consulting team where you can fully utilize your skills and expertise in quality assurance analysis and business/data analysis to drive effective solutions for the clients’ needs. You will learn and fully understand our clients’ business, evaluate the issues and develop solutions to become the clients’ key advisor.
Location: Atlanta, GA based position. No relocation budget available.
*This role requires a three-hour shift, one Sunday per month, worked remotely. *
What You’ll Do
- Manual QA testing with our internal consulting team and client’s team.
- Understand an enterprise system holistically (to the point where you can triage issues)
- Work with our client’s Quality Engineering team to help prioritize work in the QA area
- Use knowledge of quality and business analysis as well as effective project management skills to plan and lead work streams with small teams
- Define and execute workflow-based end-user test scenarios
- Assist with test data management and execution oversight
- Demonstrate a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approach
- Be an active part of the team culture
- Facilitate the development of future state workflows while identifying process, interpersonal and technical gaps that need to be filled
- Communicate and provide updates to clients
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of Manual Quality Assurance Testing and Analysis in a professional setting
- Strong initiative and ability to follow up
- Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate concepts to clients
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ask intelligent questions
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work independently or as a team member
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs
- Proficient in defining and documenting business processes and requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. A master’s degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses.
- Any experience with technical or enterprise-wide projects is a plus; experience in management consulting is a plus
