Program Details
We are currently finalizing the workshop schedule and anticipate hosting weekly sessions beginning in October 2025 and continuing into 2026. Each workshop will be one hour in duration and held between 12:00–3:00 PM EST on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.
While multiple workshop dates will be available, we will confirm your availability prior to assigning you to a session. For scheduling purposes, we request that you remain generally available between 12:00–3:00 PM EST on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Responsibilities
- Actively support Live Instructor (LI)-led workshops by monitoring the live chat, answering participant questions, and keeping discussions engaging.
- Provide relevant tips, resources, and clarifications in the chat to enhance participant understanding.
- Share best practices and use advanced case examples to facilitate ChatGPT adoption.
- Ensure a smooth participant experience by promptly flagging questions or issues to the LI when needed.
- Share quick best practices or examples in the chat that reinforce the LI’s presentation.
- Stay up to date on ChatGPT features and updates to respond accurately to participant inquiries.
- Collaborate with the LI and C1 team to continuously improve participant engagement strategies.
In summary, the main objective of the AI Coach is to actively monitor and manage the live chat during LI-led workshops—answering questions, providing relevant resources, and sharing best practices—to boost participant engagement, reinforce the instructor’s presentation, and ensure a smooth, interactive learning experience.
Your expertise
- Extensive hands-on experience using ChatGPT and Copilot in a professional work environment to solve business problems.
- Strong understanding of Copilot’s features, integrations, and potential applications across various business functions.
- 2+ years of experience in coaching, training, or consulting roles related to AI tools and digital workplace solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to analyze business challenges and recommend AI-driven solutions, and track measurable metrics that drive business impact.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to support teams with varied levels of AI and data expertise.

- This role is remote and can be located anywhere that is compatible with the EST time zone.
